Everytime I've been to visit my mom all the staff have been extremely nice and helpful. The facility is nice and clean. No odor or trash laying around. My mom has alzhimers/dementia, not to bad yet, and she is very happy there. She tells me and my other 2 siblings that she likes it there, even tho she misses being at the apartment she had, and she has made friends and the food is good. So far I am very happy my mom is there. The most important thing is that she is happy and getting taken care. Thank you

Caregivers seem to all be very kind and cheerful in their care. Other staff are polite and receptive to requests and suggestions. No complaints.

While I found the place to be cluttered, I also found it to be clean and somewhat dated. The staff that helped me to find the individual I had come to visit were very courteous and guided me to find her. I cannot comment on much more in terms of service, response to call lights, etc. However, the individual I visited did not lodge any complaints with me and seemed to be in good spirit.

This is by far the best facility in the area. The building is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the staff is phenomenal! They even have an actual Chef that prepares all of the delicious meals for the residents. I would send my loved ones here if they ever needed rehabilitation or long-term care in a heart beat!
